Description A handsome heavy English antique Victorian solid sterling silverelongated \"fetter\" link double albert pocket watch chaininlovely condition and with English silver hallmarksfor Birmingham 1898.Excellent qualitygenuine 116 year old silver example, all original and matching,witha silvert-bar and swivel/dog catch, and witha beautiful attachedsolidsilver\"shield\" fob medal with no added personal engraved inscriptions. Also attached is a genuine Queen Victoria solid silver three-pence (3d) coin fob also dated 1898.Weighsa heavyapprox. 50grams.

Measurements Measures approx 13.5 inches (340mm) in length,(end to end).

Date Antique Victorian solid sterling silver, with English silver hallmarks forBirmingham 1898(date letter \"y\") on the t-bar andtheswivel catch, soall matching. There aregood clear lion passant hallmark stamps on every chain link too. The silver fob medal is hallmarked Birmingham 1902 and the Victorian 1898 three-pence coin is genuine and 100% solid silver.

Maker Silversmiths initials \"J.R\", (John Rose).

ConditionLovely condition with very little age-related on the chain links.Very attractive and more uncommon elongated fetterlink andthe swivel/dog catch works perfectly and opens and closes securely.
