Description Astunning English antique solid sterling silver &guilloche enamelcigarette case by the silversmiths William Neale Ltd, in excellent clean condition and with full English silver hallmarks forBirmingham 1932.Superb qualitygenuine 86 year old example, with hinged silver lid and sprung push-button lid opener and is decorated in beautiful champagne colouredenamelling on thetop in a lovely Art Deco sun-ray design. Hasits original undamaged fully gilded interior andincludes the original elasticated cigarette band. There areno added engraved personal inscriptions or monograms. Weighs a heavy80 grams.

Measurements Measures approx3.2 inches (80mm)x 2.3 inches (57mm)and is0.35 inches (9mm) deep.

Date English antique solid sterling silver, with a full set of English silver hallmarks for Birmingham 1932, (date letter \"H\"). Excellent clear struck matching marks on both sides of the case and there is a furthersilver hallmark on the lid opener. Maker Silversmiths initials \"W.N Ltd\", (William nosplits or cracksto the silver, no repairsand no nasty knocks ordents, a nice clean example. The silverlid hinge and sprung push-button lid opener both work perfectly and the lid opens and closes tightly. Most importantly thebeautiful guilloche enamelling is inlovely condition, with no chips, cracks or restoration and with only very minor surface scratching.
