This listing is for a fabulous Chinese porcelain vase dating to the 19th century. The vase is in an elongated pear form with a flared top rim and stands on a tall splayed foot. The exterior is beautifully decorated with a continuous scene including figures in a courtyard surrounded by colorful trees and flying butterflies. The neck decorated with an enameled band of ruyi with precious objects painted above. The vase is large in size standing 17.5 inches tall and is in excellent condition with the exception of some shallow chips on the outside of the foot and one scratch or glaze line to the enamels on the body. A beautiful piece of Chinese porcelain in unusual form.(#5336)
