Stunning Pair of Traditional Japanese Imari Fluid Lamps of unusually large proportions, now converted to Electric Table Lamps withstylish decorative ormolu bases andtwin arm mounts with attractive scrolling detail.
The main outer ribbed surface bodies with all over typical decorative palette in colours of iron red dark blue on an off white ground. Mid to Late Nineteenth Century.
Condition: Good condition, ormolu mounts and bases have been professionally re-gold plated. Back and front views are similar.
Height: (entire overall as shown in image one) 16.5” (42cm). Width: (across ormolu arms) 7.5” (19cm). Depth: (at base) 4.5” (11.5cm).
