BY \" YOSHIHARA KUNIIE & DATED, A LUCKY DAY IN MARCH 1939 \"
+On the Nakago / tang it say\'s That Kuniie blade : made of surplus-ironfrom the blade made
for the 700th anniversary of Emperor Gotoba.
In Showa 14, 30 or so Smiths made a blade for the 700th anniversary of the sword making emperor Gotoba.
Kuniie was one of these Smiths.This was made with left over steel from that sword.

Blade is in full polish very healthy & flawless !

Blade rest in a full Samurai mounts / Koshirai

made in Japan circa 1960\'s with old-Edo 18th / 19th century fittings.

Beautiful attractive mounts, all solid & sound + in a beautiful neat minty condition, &

everything nicely fit thigh & perfect!

Blade is in full polish, just very healthyflawless solid & very sound !
