Are the photos real?

Basically everything you can see in the photos, what you see is what you’ll get.

When is it gonna to be shipped?

Most of the time, within 3 days after you pay.

Is there a “valid” tracking number?

All the parcels sent from us have valid tracking numbers,the one we give you.

You can track its whereabouts on www.17track.net.( After we mark your package as “shipped”, please wait 3 days until you start following up, since it takes time to be processed ). Sometimes the website is not stable so you might see no updates. In some countries, I don’t know but you can’t see updates until the packages arrive in your country.

Why is there no updates per the tracking number?

If it\'s just been a few days after the product is marked shipped ——maybe your parcel is still waiting to be processed. Please be patient and wait for a few more days.

If it\'s been a long time——Sometimes because the parcel has not arrived in your country yet so you cannot see any updates in the system. How long is it gonna take during transit?

We use ePacketto ship all the packages. Usually, it would take around 2-4 weeks during transit. But sometimes during festivals, like Christmas, it would have to take longer. Please be patient. If you have question, please contact me for help.
