You are looking at a SWEET 25\" HORSMAN BABY MARIE composition and cloth doll. This doll was made by HORSMAN in the early 1940s. She is marked on the back of her neck: \'A/HORSMAN/DOLL\'.

BABY MARIE is in excellent restored condition. She\'ll come with a hang-tag to identify that she was restored at DOLL HEAVEN. Her head, 3/4 of her arms, and toddler legs to above the knees are made of composition. She measures 25\" in length and has a head circumference of 16\". She has a NEW, clean cloth with new stuffing.

BABY MARIE has brown molded hair, painted lower eyelashes, and shadow over the upper lashes. She has soft coloring with blush in the ‘right’ places. Her red mouth is open showing 2 upper teeth and a felt tongue. She has brown side-glancing sleep eyes. The doll\'s head sometimes needs gentle shaking to get the eyes to position.

She\'ll come dressed as seen in the pictures. She’s wearing a lovely outfit made here at DOLL HEAVEN. It consists of a white soft shirting cotton dress and matching bonnet with white lace and pink satin accents, white cotton pantaloons and slip both with white lace. She wears pink crocheted booties.
