The radio was partly restored. Tubes werechecked and replaced.Original wellmagic eye. All critical capacitors, defective resistors andthe most of the elkos were replaced, also the engine capacitors. The chassis was cleaned,all individual parts were cleaned, the wooden cabinet was cleaned and polished…

Description

SABA Schwarzwald Automatic 6-3D tube radio model from 1955/56. Made inGermany.

The most is done and replaced. It lights up, but it hasn´t any tone and broadcast on each wave. The amplifier don´t work.The engine of the automatic works well. The wire on FM is a little bit too loose, and must be new rewind. The wire for the LW, MW and SW is well, but there is the wire for the display missing and the red display too. The shematic and the manual to rewind the wires is included.I haven´t currently the time to restore it too the end, so I sell it as partly restored.

It works on all bands: AM, FM, SHORT WAVE and LONG WAVE.

The 8 tubes and the original speakers are in perfect working condition. Themagic eye is new.

Tubes: EC92, EC92, ECH81, EF85, EM80, EABC80, ECL80, EL84.

Voltage regulator works from 110 to220V. It´s ready to plug in.

It is possible to connect external players like mp3 and other.

Original varnish (not revarnished). The wood and varnishing is in a goodcondition for his age, some scratches here and there. It iscleaned and polished.
