This is a rare collectible Jewish decorative Hanukkah music box produced by The San Francisco Music Box Company and designed by Marjorie Sarnat. This piece is a key-wind mechanical music box that plays \"Maoz Tzur\" or \"Rock of Ages\" while turning. There\'s a 3\" tall prophet lighting a 5\" tall Menorah (both made of hard resin) on a mosaic tile style \'Star of David\' circular base. Jewish, Judaica or Hebrew images show between the columns as the base turns and plays the music. Entire piece measures almost 9\" high and the base is about 5\" in diameter. Great condition, no damage seen, and the music plays perfectly. \"Celebrate the Miracles\" and \"These Lights are Holy\" are written across the base from the sides. Please view pics for close up details. The original stickers are underneath reading \"San Francisco Music Box Company, Marjorie Sarnat, #341731, made in China\". No box, sorry. Very hard to find this particular vintage piece, dating from around 1978-1985. Very pretty to look at and to listen to.
