Offered here is an exquisite and newly created woodcarving of an angel to hang on the wall, above a doorway, or bed, or anywhere else!. This piece is by my grandmother, Marie Romero Cash who is a very well known artist who has participated in Spanish Market in Santa Fe for 35 years. Over the years she has had a number of successful gallery shows in Santa Fe, Boston, and Pittsburgh. Her work is in many museums and private collections, and she has created many large installation altar pieces for a number of historical churches and private chapels in New Mexico, Colorado and California, not to mention the Stations of the Cross for the St. Francis Basilica in Santa Fe. This piece is available as unsold, excellent condition, signed and dated..Dimensions are 6 high with a 7 inch wingspan. The base is 3-1/2x3-1/2.. This is a unique and one of a kind piece, those which my grandmother is known for.
