Offered is a set of 4 fine National Audubon Society sterling silver plates. Each of the 8\" plates has an Audubon bird etched onto it--a wood thrush, a night heron, a warbler, and a bald eagle. The plates are dated 1973 and 1974 and are a limited edition series. Each weighs about 7 oz on a postal scale and the total weight of the 4 is 770 grams. They came in a special wood frame. I am selling only the plates, but the buyer may choose to have the frame for $10 plus shipping. It is a lovely frame made from solid wood. The plates are in excellent condition with no dents, no scratches or other damage issues. Perhaps they could use a little buffing. They come with their original certificates of authenticity. Presented for your consideration is a set of 4 wonderful sterling silver plates from the National Audubon Society. Each of the 8\" plates has a John James Audubon bird etched onto it. There is a wood thrush, a night heron, a warbler, and last but not least, a bald eagle. The plates are dated 1973 and 1974 and are a limited edition series. Each one weighs about 7 ounces on a postal scale and the total weight of the four is 770 grams.

These plates came in a special wood frame made for them. I am selling only the plates, but the buyer may choose to have the frame for $10 plus shipping costs. It is a lovely frame made from solid cherry or other fruit wood.

The plates have been in the frame since they were new and are in excellent condition with no dents, no scratches or other damage issues. Perhaps they could use a little buffing. They come with their original certificates of authenticity. Great set with beautiful workmanship. Thanks for looking.
