Offered here is a set of six (6)identical vintage gold encrusted Royal Bavarian Charger Plates byHutschenreuther Selb, Bavaria, Germany. Each Charger plate is approximately 10-5/8inches in diameter with a wide embossed 24 Karat gold outer band and a lightivory central area overlaid with sage green and gold patterns. The markings onthe underside include the Crown-Lion-China trademark and the words “ROYALBAVARIAN Hutschenreuther Selb BAVARIA, 24 KARAT GOLD.”

This is exceptional set of charger platesin vintage condition with some wear on the gold on areas of the chargersprimarily at locations where the service plates wouldbe resting. Thereare minimal observed signs of wear to the gold outer bands and no observedchips or cracks on any of the plates. Please refer to the photographs fordetails on the conditions of each plate.These have been part of our family’s vintage china collection for manyyears.
