This is a great Set of 2 Pennants from the 1987 Visit of Pope John Paul II to New Orleans. One is even in sort of Mardi Gras colors. These are in good condition, with no tear or holes, but they are wrinkled from being rolled up. The purple one also has a little dirt around the pointed end. There is a little loose stitching at the border and the blue one has two staples at the border side that could be removed.
Approximately 12\" high at the big end and about 29\" long. The blue one isabout 1/2\" longer.
