Beautiful Arts & CraftsWe are offering a beautiful matching set of four Arts & Crafts chairs from the Phoenix Chair Co. Sheboygan, WI. c. 1900. These are made of quarter sawn oak and remain in excellent condition. There are no splits or chips. All of the joints are tight and the chairs are sturdy and solid. They do not wobble.There is a partial label remaining on the bottom of one chair that allows the positive identification to be made. The chairs are 37\"H X 17 1/4\"W seat X 16\"D. The seat is a standard 18\" H from the floor.
The honey oak colored finish appears to be original and has probably been overcoated with varnish at some point in its life. The varnish is in very very good condition with only minor wear on one seat and the side of one leg. This is absolutely not a significant issue, but needs to be noted.Your questions are welcome.
