This stylish pewter teapot tea pot stands about 9 1/4\" tall to the top of the finial, and it has a bottom diameter of almost 4 1/2\". It is signed on the bottom with the stamped hallmark of the Colonial Williamsburg Restoration/Williamsburg Reproduction group, and also with the maker\'s mark \"Steiff Pewter\" for the Baltimore maker Kirk Steiff, as shown in the pics. The teapot is a licensed contemporary reproduction of a colonial-era teapot that is in the collection of Colonial Williamsburg. It is a very good quality item. It has a hinged lid and a wooden handle, which I believe to be made of walnut. This tea pot is in excellent original condition, without flaws or damage of any kind. I do see a few spots of tarnish, which the new owner may polish out, if desired--I have not polished or cleaned it.
