Simpich Character Doll - The Newsboy

Excellent Condition with no dirt, chips or damage.

This doll has been packaged and in storage for many years in a smoke free Environment.

The Newsboy was introduced in 1970 and could be called the \"Good News Boy\" for the real message of Christmas is printed on his newspaper. Even though he is crippled and carries a crutch, he proclaims a deeper joy!

He stands 13 1/2\" to the top of the paper and is wearing a chocolate brown overcoat with 4 buttons, brown knee socks and tweed knickers. All clothing has patches sewn on. His mittens and cap are color coordinating. \"Simpich\" is stamped on the back of the cap.

The Newspaper The London Times in bold print declares \"Good News The Lord Is Come!\"
