Singer Featherweight 221/222K Case Protector SleeveSome of you have new cases that you don\'t want to get scratched or scuffed, and some have cases that are already scratched and scuffed! With this case sleeve, you can protect or cover your case in style. Your existing case will fit like a glove in this case sleeve. You will be the hit of your class or sewing group when they see this. I know there are other case protectors out there but mine is unique as you never have to remove your case from the sleeve! This is my pattern that I have created.This particular case protector sleeve fits the larger case with these measurements: 44 1/2\" diameter of the case x 10 1/2\" high (not including the height of the feet on the case.) This is the replacement case size that you can purchase new or the 222K original case size.If this is not the size you need, I can custom make you a cover for your special machine! To make you a different size, that will add an additional 2-3 days processing time to create your cover.I make them for the 221K - smaller white Featherweight - 40 3/4\" diameter The original 221\'s case they came in - 42\" diameterJust message me on the size and color that you want. The color options are Black, Red, White, and light green. Trims vary in color on what you want if I can get it.This case is made of black and white double faced quilted fabric. I machine embroidered a black Featherweight with a silver scroll face on the front of the cover with red thread on it\'s spool on white double quilted fabric. The trim fabric is from \"Timeless Treasures \"collection. The fabric has a black background and sewing notions scattered though out the fabric trims the black and white quilted fabric where they meet on the front of the cover. This trim is also used for the border, piping around the cover, top of sides of the case. I have used my signature trim covered cording on all 4 sides and around the outside lid of the case for durability and to protect your cover from sagging! Some of you asked for vinyl on the bottom to protect the fabric. Done! I have sewn and serged the heavy duty vinyl into the main seams over the black quilted fabric on the bottom of the case. This will give some more protection to the cover. I have 2 cut out slots to accommodate the closure snaps on the front of the case. The lid cover is form fitting to the lid of the case and is attatched in the back to the bottom section of the case cover to keep it from falling off when opened. There is a Velcro piece under the front of the lid and one on the front of the bottom cover to secure the front lid to the front base to finish off the look of this case sleeve. All the seams have been serged to give it a professional and completed look. There is a slot on the lid for the handle of the case. You will be able to carry your case by the handle without anything coming off. You will also be able to open the case, remove your machine without removing the sleeve.
