Austrian 800 silver small box decoratedwith a Tiffany shade of green colorguilloche enamel and a hand paintedcourt scene of a gentleman placing ahassock or a kneeler in front of twoladies. The interior of the box isgilded and marked with an Austrian 800silver mark of the 1886 - 1922 period. This especially attractive andcharming box is 2 7/16\" long, 1 3/4\"wide, 1/2\" deep and weighs 92 grams or2.9 ozs. Troy. The soft, warm,original finish is present, with nobuffing or machine polishing. Theenamel has a slight imperfection on thebottom. The excellent originalcondition and clear, crisp detail, withno monograms, removals, repairs oralterations, make this an especiallyattractive offering. [r5994]
