She is marked "Ruby" and HN1725 and also has the Royal Doulton mark with the number 9 to the right, which I think would date her to 1936 (1927 + 9). She also has the Rd. No. 804664 which is for 1935. There is some damage to her flower bouquet sadly some stems are broken, I can see 3 pink ones. Icannot see any other damage. The brown spot on the back of her skirt that can be seen in the photos came off!
