This little store has it all; a Country General Store with the classic checker board, Country Corner Cafe\' to the left, and Frank\'s Tackle Box Shop on the right!What else could you possibly need?This well-lit piece is crafted of ceramic, and hand-painted to depict the nostalgic charm of an \"olden days\" village store. It is fired, and has a glazed finish.Extensive research contributes to the charm and detail of this part of the Snow Village collection. Cast into the mold\'s bottom is the Department 56 logo, that indicates authenticity.On the front porch of this shop is the classic checker board and rocking chair to the right, and a frosted evergreen tree to the left, in front of 2 display windows. A sign above the porchgives you the name of the store, \"Gracie\'s Dry Goods & General Store\". The right end of the building has \"Frank\'s Tackle Box Live Bait and Tackle\", complete with a swinging Rapala sign and lure, and bait signs on the wall! The detail is incredible! On the left side of the Shop is \"Country Corner Cafe\". It has a hanging sign overthe door, and on the door is a sign that says \"Today\'s Special - Walleye and Cornbread\".The clapboard rear of the building has a back door, and a water barrel beside it.This building has such detail and is so beautifully done, that my description barely does it justice.
