We pack all items with the utmost care using combinations of bubble wrap, peanuts and shredded paper. We try to get to the post office on a daily basis, but with work commitments this is sometimes impossible! Generally we will have your parcel on the way to you within twenty fours hours of confirmed payment. We will gladly combine items for postage and ask that you advise.
Upon checkout you will have the option to select your preffered method of postage. For postage within Australia, we offer standard parcel delivery by Australia Post or signature upon delivery. For a nominal extra fee it allows you to track the location of your parcel on-line by use of the tracking number. We recommend the use of the latter for piece of mind.
International deivery, again by Australia Post, is via airmail or sea/surface mail. Expected delivery times vary upon your location; as an example delivery to the United Kingdom or the United States may take 4-7 days via air or 5 weeks via surface.
We will happily refund your purchase price, less postage, if an item we have listed has been grossly misinterpreted or damage not noted in our sale description. Naturally, this does not include damage incurred during transit. Damage is considered that caused through use or abuse and does not include imperfections that naturally occur during the course of manufacture. We accept that straw marks, excess glass, tooling marks, colour variation, air bubbles, inclusions etc. are all a natural part of vintage glass and we endeavour to make note of these during our description. We will indicate any excessive signs of use such as surface rubbing or scratches and will use our pictures to illustrate these if possible.
