StanleyLink was anAmerican cartoonist born in 1894. He took a correspondence course in cartooningwhen he was a teenager. When he was sixteen, he began to work with an animationcompany. In the early 1920s, he became SidneySmith\'sassistant. He launched the panel Ching Chow in 1927. In 1933, he createdhis own strip, TinyTim. Healso created the family strip The Dailys. Link died in 1957.

This original artwork to a Sunday page from 10-2-1949features Tim attempting to recover his magic amulet. He finds it, but isconfronted with Indians (native Americans)! A beautiful Ching Chow strip is onthis Sunday too. The artwork is in very good condition with the title statloose and some minor discoloration to the edges outside of the artwork area. Art work is cut into strips and pasted to another board. All artwork is hand drawn.
