Return Policy
All costumes are made in your own size, please check your measurements carefully before submitting. We offer refund or exchange / costume alternation for defective items/ missing items/ items significantly different from our description. Please contact us within 3 days after you get your item. We will give you return instruction after defect proved. For wrong size, once confirmed the error occurred by our side, we will make a new one costume with free of charge. If this caused by wrong measurements buyer provided, we are not responsible for refund.We ship order to shipping address provided by the customer. Customers are responsible for submitting complete address information required. In the event that necessary shipping information is left off the order during the checkout process, we are not responsible for any additional charges needed to reship or retrieve a package.
