You are offerding on a Star Wars 2003 ESB mint General Rieekan with Hoth Tactical Screen. The card in excellent condition. There is a slight spider leg from top of card next to the saber running down to the bubble. Slightly seen in the picture. Across the back where the bubble is attached there is slight crease mark across the back. Rest of bubble is fine, do dents. Could be rated if you decide to go that way. Husband has been collecting Star Wars from the beginning. We have moved and just don\'t have the room for all the models, car models and Star War collections he has been collecting all his life. So selling off some of the duplicates.
