Beautiful black wool/felt Mini riding with purple beaded trim, PURPLE coque feathers, black tulle bustle and train and black flowers. What is a mini riding hat? My mini riding hats sit perched on top of your head not down on your head. So it\'s a ONE-SIZE-FITS ALL. There is a elastic band that goes under the back of your hair at the nape of your neck and then position the mini riding hat on your head toward the front of your head more towards the ball of your forehead, tilt the topper hat to one side. the dimensions of the hat frame is about 9 1/2\" long by 6 1/2\" wide. This is a great hat for many events. This hat is being shown on a Gibson girl wig.
