This is a vintage cruet set. It is missing the two spoons. The sugar shaker has about a 1/2\" crease on it. One of the cobalt blue inserts has a chip on the top edge. The case shows considerable corner wear, as well as an interior tear. I researched the makers mark to find the 1937 date.
