This beautiful Mexican Sterling Silver Golf Trophy is marked “Sanborns Mexican Sterling”. The trophy is engraved “Club De Golf De Hermosilla Handicap Damas -1952- Medalista”, measures 2.75 high x 4 inches wide, and weighs 149.7 grams. Sanborns began making silver in the 1920’s and by 1950 was the largest silver store in Mexico. Given some fine scratches, this trophy is in very good vintage condition. (See photos)
