Sterling Silver ? Plate With Decorative Rim Silverplate L & Fils Hallmark:

This is a beautiful plate! I really don\'t know if it is sterling or not. There are two hallmarks. One I cannot read and the other appears to say L & Fils with a crossed hockey sticks logo. It is light weight and feels like sterling but I am unsure. Please look at photos for condition/weight/measurements. There are a few dings and dents. Thank you!
