Vinaigrette pendants were made to be used by unscrewing the top and bottom and placing a fragrance on a sponge to be held inside
- Hand painted floral enamel guilloche egg vinaigrette
- Inside you will find the original sponge that was used to hold a scent
- Blue flowers withgreen stems
- White guilloche background
- On the back side of the egg, there is a teeny tiny flea bit of enamel loss, see picture # 9
- Opens and closes as it should
- Hallmarked \"Sterling\"on the inside of thevinaigrette
- From the very early 1900\'s
- The 18 inch dark sterling silver chain is not original to the piece, but the drop chain is, looks great measures 7/8of aninch(up and down including bale)
