This brooch is so very pretty and has all the wonderful characteristics of a Delizza & Elster piece. Set in gold tone metal, the brooch is dripping with topaz navettes all shooting away from a centered cluster of three large glass cabs (two are topaz and one is aurora borealis on the topaz). Atop the three cabs is a faceted aurora borealis that shimmers and glows in the golden hues of the rhinestones. Each section (it\'s basically designed with three sections locked together in brilliant style), has two floral like clusters of dark amber colored rhinestones set around another ab in a circular / flowery design.Not only is it layered, but if you look at the back you can see specifically how it is set askew so the light hits the rhinestones in several different angles - maybe another way to utilize all light. Spectacularpiece! It is not in perfect condition, but it is so well made and the issues are slight, some scratching of the ab coating on some of the stones (one of the ab cabs is scratched too - see photos for exact \"description\"), and a very slight general sense of wear. The roll over clasp works well, and the pin is straight, both are soldered to the rhinestones directly (a la Juliana). She needs a good, careful cleaning, but other than that, she is ready to wear...
