They are coloured brown and a stoney cream colour. The picture showing the white pieces has had the contrast adjusted to make the details and shaded parts stand out more so they do look slightly different in reality (more monotone).

The pieces are very large-Largest being nearly 13cm/ just over 5 inches tall.
