I would say its the finest i have ever seen. Incredible detail on both sides. Gold threading with fantastic detail. Gold thread used on the tassel.
I would guess it\'s ENGLISH and from the 18th-19th century ? U be the judge...I\'m no expert.
It is in IMMACULATE PRISTINE condition. Nothing even to mention. The inner lining is intact.
