Super Rare 3 pocket US M1 Carbine pouch dated 1942:

I have never seen one of these except as a line drawing in an old US manual ( will try to find the picture). The manual showed it as an accessory to the straight stock carbine scabbard or holster. Also showed the musette bag with one closure strap. It is in unbelievable condition. It came mixed in with a pile of other web gear that I bought at a flea market last month. I have never heard of anyone reproducing these , but anything is possible. So I leave the final decision on it up to the buyer. As you can see it is marked US on the flap and marked and dated in the tunnel. To me this falls into that category of odd webbing that was made but hardly if ever used, like that Gas grenade bandoleer or the grenade 5 pocket carrier that show up from time to time.
