I am selling a small collection of Medical Instruments from the collection of a retired Ear, Nose & Throat Consultant (please see my other listings for the other pieces including vintage Head Reflector Mirrors, Medical Tuning Forks, amazing vintage cased ENT Multi-Tool etc).This listing is for a Superb Antique or older Vintage Boxed Set of Solid Silver Tracheostomy Tubes in a fitted Case.Small leather covered, fitted case approx. 11cm x 7cm x 2.5cm. Good condition with light signs of wear to surface and good strong brass hook catch.3 Solid Silver (not hallmarked as antique and for medical use but guaranteed Solid Silver - just look inside the tubes at the unpolished silver surface) Trach Tubes (used before the modern disposables - the best ones were Silver as this is a fairly Sterile surface which germs find hard to live on). Marked size 2, 3 & 5 (roman numerals). All tubes are in excellent condition and have their inner tubes (also solid silver) with only very light signs of use/wear. I have left un-polished but they would polish up beautifully.Will be sent by tracked post.
