A sweet mirror shaped figural compact!It measures 5\" long and the round mirrored area is 2-1/2\" around. It is a very shiny gold tone color and the lid has a nice embossed swirl and floral pattern.The lid lifts up to reveal the empty powder section, no puff. It is deep enough so it can be used for pills today. It snaps securely closed.The back of the compact has a mirror in very good condition.The gold tone is shiny all over, no uneven coloring. Barely any surface wear. No company identification but this compact was seen in a 1921 advertisement for the William Schimper company from New York.Always fun to find the mirror shaped compact and nice to be able to use this one!I will combine shipping costs in the US.
