Antique Vintage T Furnival & SonsMadras earthenware transfer ware bowl late 1800’s- Victorian era.

Oriental styling- cherry blossoms, geometric designs onedging with panels of repeated cherry blossom tree branches and one lonebutterfly in mid plate area. This is inearthen tones (brown). Backside ofshallow bowl had Madras, IV, 24, R, D, B, 2 or 1 in baseball diamondshape. The number 4 is stamped in bluenear the mark. These would be the datestamps for this piece.

CONDITION: Very good condition. One very small chip onunderside of bowl (see pic) Most likely dates to late 1800’s. Very little tominimal crazing at all. No evidence ofrepair work, no cracks visible.

-SOLD- $165.00- This is an Antique c. 1879 T. Furnival &Sons Earthenware Pedestal Bowl in the MADRAS Pattern. It measures 9-5/8\"wide x 5\" tall. There is a small chip on the bowls edge and some browningin areas. All of this adds to it\'s character. According to it\'s markings on thebottom this bowl was made in Oct. 1879 at Stoke on Trent, England. Displaysbeautifully.

Can be combined with other sale items for shipping discounts. Please let me know if you are securing offers for more than one item so I may make the adjustment on your invoice statement.
