DRINK TEDDY CHOCOLATE 5, Secrist Bottling Works, Rockford, O. Made by Desperate Sign Co., Wosworth, O. Bright, clean, flat metal with holes in four corners for hanging. Probably a repro. Measures 14\" wide x 10\" tall.
