This huge 55 mm pure silver Antique Finish coin introduces the brand new \"4-layer\" minting technique that achieves a deep of up to 5 mm! Mintage strictly limited to only 999 pieces worldwide and consists of four different depths creating a three dimensional effect!

The strictly limited pure Silver coin depicts in high details the impressive ceiling of the temples \"Hall of Prayer\", which is a magnificient triple-gabled circular building, built on three levels of marble stone base, where the Emperor prayed for good harvests. Its ceiling allegorizes the huge height of the heaven in contrast to the earth. An ancient Chinese thought of \"the heaven is round and the earth is square\" reflects this perception.
The obverse depicts the effigy of Her Majesty the Queen Elizabeth II, the nominal value 20$ and the issue country Cook Islands.

Temple of Heaven
The Temple of Heaven is a 1200 m long temple complex in Beijing. It is surrounded by big walls. The two most important buildings are the Imperial Vault of Heaven in the southern and the Hall of Prayer for Good Harvests in the northern part of the grounds. The Hall of Prayer for Good Harvests was constucted by Emperor Yongle in 1420. The Temple of Heaven, a UNESCO World Heritage since 1998, is considered a landmark of Beijing and is a big tourist attraction.
