You are offerding on aWONDERFUL VERY LARGE 19c solid mahogany restored and repolished jewellery cabinet. Datesapproximately 1850/1880.

FULLY LOCKS on both draws

In WONDERFUL restoredcondition. Apart from one tiny timber nibble to the right side bottom base edgewhich is truly nothing, this really superb cabinet is in great condition.

Solid timber mahogany notveneered.

Tongue and grooved draw. A real sign of quality.

Inlaid original solid brass keyholeescutcheons and draw handles.

Each draw runs smoothly. Eachdraw can be placed in either the top or bottom and runs quite smooth.

I’M PRETTY SURE THAT YOUWILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED.

Box retains the original solidbrass locks on both draws.

Supplied with a silk tasseland Victorian key that FULLY LOCKS bothdraws. Instruction given once sold.

Comprising a wonderful interior that has beenrelined in expensive plush velvet material of the highest quality.

All the added dividers withinthe top and bottom draws can easily be repositioned or removed if desired. Thedividers in the ring draw are slightly smaller so rings can be held in anupright position. There is plenty of clearance without hindrance.

Beneath the base of the boxhave also been lined in velvet to stop any scratches to other surfaces.

A superb box, and would make a fantasticgift.
