It is the Japanese perspective of the development of the ZERO fighter and its use from Pearl Harbor to the final Kamikazi raids.

DUBBED IN ENGLISH

Take a look at the photo and you will see just how much the Japanese ground crews loved this airplane.

It is a 2 hour color and sound commercial film which claims to have been released in 1984.

The primative special effects and amateur English dubbing remind me of Godzilla and it seems they used the same special effects team. It is not supposed to be a comedy but Americans will experience some chuckles.

An American 3 star general says \" the Japanese can\'t even make a decent automobile much less an airplane which could reach Pearl Harbor\".

Just then the Japanese attack. Plenty more like this as well.

The star ; YUZO KAYAMA is a big deal in Japan both as an actor and singer.

A very interesting film which I don\'t believe was made in 1984 or any time near that. It must have been in the can and on the shelf for a LOOOONG time.

Interesting to see WW 2 aircraft engineers with the MITZUBISHI insignia on their caps.

THESE ARE PROFESSIONAL TRANSFERS OF THE ORIGINAL FILMS BUT I DO NOT KNOW WHEN ,WHERE OR BY WHOM.THEY ARE ALL RARE TITLES NEVER RELEASED IN THE WEST. THEY WERE MADE FOR JAPANESE DOMESTIC SHOW. THESE INCLUDE COMMERCIAL PRODUCTION USING JAPANESE MILITARY EQUIPTMENT AND MANPOWER AND AUTHORIZED BY THE GOVERNMENT AND SOME GOVERNMENT MADE TITLES WHICH LEAN MORE TOWARD THE PROPAGANDA FIELD BUT STILL INCLUDE SOME RARE FILM OF JAPANESE TROOPS, WEAPONS AND BATTLE SCENES.SOME SCENES ARE OBVIOUSLY AND AMATURE IN NATURE BUT REAL BATTLE FILM IS ALSO USED.ALL BLACK AND WHITE ON VHS TAPE WITH JAPANESE LABELS.I DO NOT UNDERSTAND JAPANESE.
