Since this item is a personalized edible item, we cannot accept returns unless it was a mistake on our part. If the personalization was misspelled, image sent was wrong, etc, then we will work to correct the problem. We cannot accept returns because your order was not received by a certain time.

This is a personalized item. It is very important that you leave a note for us regarding the message or any other instructions you have for your order. We cannot process your order until we receive a message from you, or a note at checkout. If we do not hear back from you within 5 business days, we will be forced to ship your topper without any personalization.
