This exquisite spoon features a timeless classic, hand-crafted pattern called \'Feather Edge\' which was a more detailed modification of \'Faneuil\' by using old world techniques to delicately handcraft. When Tiffany first introduced \'Feather-Edge\' in 1901, this elegant pattern used to be Tiffany\'s one of the most expensive silverware designs due to its chiseled light reflecting facets that stand out brilliantly on the silver\'s surface.
Its refined design and the graceful simplicity of classical Colonial American styling with a mirrored bright-cut bordering of this pattern would compliment any setting.
This is a previously loved item which has never been abused and is in very good antique condition, no tarnish or corrosion.
The item was professionally cleaned and sanitized but has not been polished like most silver pieces gone through. Such commercial wheel polishing and buffing reserved for extreme tarnish or corrosion can permanently damage and devalue a piece of antique silver. Therefore, we would suggest this silverware only hand-polished to preserve its unique, one-and-only patina.
This heavy spoon is 59.5 grams andmeasures about 6 7/8\" long. It could be used as spoon as well.
