STORY: (Cancer, 1993) Since turtles sometimes live as long as Gnomes, neither one is ever in a hurry to get anywhere! Pokey is the head of the little family on tiny turtles. They are on a Sunday outing to Eggrock. He carries his coin under his arm; it is the fare for the taxi ride. It is a \"Danish\" one, symbolic of what he hopes is on the brunch menu. Pokey and his family are the turtle helpers in the clan; they turn them over when turtles have fallen on their backs.
