These handsome African gazelles, one standing and one sitting, are hand carved from one piece of wood. They were in my mother\'s estate and all I know about them is they are vintage. No info on bottom. I do not know the type of wood used but it is very natural looking as the wood is two toned as parts of the wood are light and some a little darker, and not glazed or varnished. Both are in excellent shape - no cracks, breaks, and the tall horns are intact.
The standing gazelle is 8 in. tall x 3 in. wide x 1 in depth. The sitting one is 5 in. tall x 2.5 in. wide x 1 in. depth.
