Never used, wrapped in cellophane and stored in a chest until recently. Mint condition, slight tarnishing along the bottom edge of the silver plate. Tight binding; no bookplate and no markings. It measures 9\" x 7\".
Hardcover binding inserted into a beautifully designed silver plate coverfeaturing deep bas relief detail both front and back. The Hebrew words \'הגדה של פסח\'areon the front cover surrounded by four turquoise color jewels. The Haggadah is wonderfully illustrated in full colorby Szyk, printed on thick stock, accordion style,unpaginated,with both Hebrew and English text. The Szyk Haggadah was once cited byThe Timesof London as\"worthy to be placed among the most beautiful of books that the hand of man has produced\".
