Available for immediate sale at the BIN price isthis unique Beatrix Potter Pop-up-and-Play book. It is not a story book, but rathera play set in the form of a book.

Open the hard cover “book” and a gorgeous countryhome pops up, ready to play with. You can even access the inside of the housethrough the back and the roof. There are other pop up play sections as well,including a large tree that is home to some bunny beds, a garden, a gardenpatch and fence.

This set has nearly all of the characters (I believe it is only missing 2 plus some props).Please see the photos for props and characters included.

Also comes with a tiny play book so you can act outstories using Beatrix Potter’s famous characters.

This is truly a lovely play set with the gorgeousillustrations by Beatrix Potter.

This is a larger book, about 13\" by 12\".

Considering it’s age and the nature of this set itis in fair condition with the normal marks, creases, small tears that would beassociated with a pop up and play book. The back of thehouse doesn\'t close entirely anymore and some pop ups may have more wear and tear. But there is still lots of play left init.

Please be aware: this book will not close all theway anymore. Due to the characters and the playbook being stored in it for manyyears, the book is warped on one end –see photo- it measures approx. 2” on thatend. Also, there is a rip on the front cover (also shown in photo).
