This is an expansion for B-17 Queen of the Skies, you will need the base game to play this expansion. The packet includes everything needed to add the up-gunned B-17 YB-40 to the game. A YB-40 Bomber Escort Crew Placement Board, the rules for Operation Porcupine (the YB-40). Rules for \'The Queen in Germany\' which allow for deeper missions to more cities in Germany, with a strategic map showing those locations and rules that allow you to fly other models of the B-17C, B-17E and of course the B-17G with the Chin Turret (see pictures for me detail).
B-17 Queen of the Skies is a solitaire game where you create a crew and a plane (you name it) and then start flying missions. As the crew fly the missions get progressively harder and your crews skills improve. Along the way you will have members wounded and killed and your B-17 will have nice easy milk runs and then tough slogs as you take hit after hit. And those sad moments where the dice roll and you discover your fully loaded bomb bay just took a direct hit. Time to name a new plane and pick a new crew.
