The Open Gate Summer Gate Series II 18x24 CanvasHand-highlighted Museum Quality Frame COA
An authentic, limited edition offset lithograph of an original oil painting by Thomas Kinkade which was published during the years of 1998-1999.
This Publisher Proof edition has been limited to 710 on canvas and this one is numbered 112 and designated P/P.
I am the original owner and in 1999 I purchased it at the Thomas Kinkade gallery in Monterey Ca. Several months later, at the gallery, a highly-trained apprentice painter, who worked under the artistic direction of Thomas Kinkade, and using the artist\'s very own pigments, he hand-highlighted my painting! On the back of the canvas, he pencil sketched the Lamppost Remarque.
The lithograph has double-referencing authentication assurance, DNA security signature, and is numbered to correspond with the print number on the Certificate of Limitations and Authenticity. An engraved brass nameplate is attached to the framed canvas. A stamp on the back of the canvas identifies it as a P/P. The Publisher Proof is also designated by the letters P/P after print number.
The Sunset Cherry Frame is from the Thomas Kinkade gallery and is hand crafted of genuine hardwood. A lush burgundy that slightly darkens on the edges. It has a beautiful cream linen liner and gold inner filet. The frame has a smooth finish. There are very minor blemishes on the frame. Small nicks and scratches, just a few.Additional information specific to this piece is on brass plates added to the back of the frame.
