For sale is a GORGEOUS Thomas Kinkade accent print by Lightpost Publishing, the design entitled \"Julianne\'s Cottage\", with an attached prayer by an anonymous author entitled \"A Prayer for a Little Home\", shown close-up in the 5th photo. This combination of print and prayer is quite RARE. The original of this print was painted and published in the year 1992. This is a professionally matted and framed print with a Certificate of Authenticity attached to the back side of the framed print with this information:

The print itself measures approximately 7-1/4\" in height and 9-1/2\" in width, and the prayer measures approx. 7-1/4 H x 3-1/2\" W. It is double-matted with a recessed matting effect, with a very narrow gold border surrounding the print, a narrow burgundy border hovering over a very dark blue background - the outer matting is a very lovely dark French blue vintage-look embossed flourish design, slightly lighter than the very dark blue background to offset and accent the colors. It has a brass plate with the identifying information \"Julianne\'s Cottage THOMAS KINKADE\". The outside frame measure approx. 13\" x 21\". Beautiful print from a collector of Thomas Kinkade prints.
