Up for sale is a Thomas Kinkade 2002Hawthorne Village \"Seaside Antiques\"Decorative Lighted House Figurine. This house is an authentic issue in Thomas Kinkade\'s Seaside Village Collection. The Sculpture No. A1721. The house measures roughly about 5 3/4\" tall, 7 3/8\" wide and 6 1/4\" in length.It comes in the original Styrofoam Package with the COA still sealed in plastic on the top of the box. I picked this item up at an estate sale along with many other Thomas Kinkade\'s Hawthorne Village Collection. I am listing this as in used condition because I cannot tell you if it has ever been set out for display. I do not see any damage to this item. It has beautiful colors and looks so life like. I tested it out and it lights up without any problem and looks wonderful. The cord has some discoloration to the plastic from aging but is in good shape with no fraying. I have taken several pictures of this item so please take a look for yourself. What you see is what you get. This would make a awesome addition to your collection, or it would be a nice starter piece. I check in frequently and would be happy to answer any questions you may have.
